I chose the "Ships and sold by Amazon.com" for the 3 year Seiko warranty. Arrived 2 days early. It has small scratches/'deep mars' on the front top of the bezel. The back looks like it is stained with water marks - I have tried to gently clean it but the stain persists - not a big issue. I am not returning it for a perfect one because I'll probably do similar (or worse) damage to it from daily wear. The luminous elements fade quickly (within an hour) even after being in the sun to 'charge up' for a couple of hours. The second hand movement is perfectly aligned with the minute marks on the dial. I am happy with the watch and it looks better than the product photo. I think it is/was a great value for $83 from Amazon and includes the proper 3 year warranty from Seiko.
